So, we see that Tolstoys message is deeply appropriate, and his strategy to convey this tale of morality for most people was to make it simple, short, with an emphasis on the destructive effect of alcohol. This is truly a moral story and thats good because it solves a real problem that destroys the structure of society.

Le choix des auteurs et des thèmes présentés dans le livre donne aux juristes chercheurs et praticiens l’occasion de mieux comprendre les tendances les plus récentes dans la responsabilité civile en Pologne et en France et de les comparer (Zbigniew Hajn, Dagmara Skupień).
