"Hermetica" średniowiecza i renesansu. Studium z historii myśli europejskiej

Opracowanie dotyczy recepcji literatury hermetycznej w średniowieczu i renesansie w dziełach polskich twórców i uzupełnia dotychczasową wiedzę w zakresie historii literatury hermetycznej. Praca skupia się na dwóch prymarnych tekstach: zbiorze dialogów pt. Corpus Hermeticum (w łacińskim przekładzie Marsilia Ficina) oraz łacińskim traktacie pt. Asclepius. Celem jest analiza treściowa i porównawcza dzieł zawierających cytaty pochodzące z powyższych hermetycznych tekstów, które znajdziemy u: Bernarda z Lublina (tzw. Antologia filozoficzna), Jana z Trzciany (De natura ac dignitate hominis) oraz Jakuba Górskiego (Ad Magnificum Dominvm Stanislavm Miskovski Castellanvm Sendomiriensem et Capitanevm Cracoviensem Iacobi Gorscij Mercvrius sive de Trinitate contra Gregorium Bresinensem), czyli postaci wspomnianych jedynie przez Jana Czerkawskiego – badacza hermetyzmu. Bazą pracy jest manuskrypt Bernarda z Lublina zawierający łacińskie wypisy z dwóch najważniejszych tekstów hermetycznych: Asclepius i Corpus Hermeticum. Podział jest zgodny z podziałem tekstów w antologii Lubelczyka: część pierwsza obejmuje więc analizę treściową i porównawczą wypisów z traktatu Asclepius, część druga – z czternastu dialogów ze zbioru Corpus Hermeticum.  Badanie treści antologii w porównaniu z tekstami innych autorów ma doprowadzić do wyodrębnienia tertium comparationis - ewentualnej myśli wspólnej wyłaniającej się z analizy i zestawienia poszczególnych utworów. Dodatkiem do analizy są dwa aneksy dotyczące nieopracowanych dotychczas utworów: Lubelczyka (w postaci tabel zestawiających ekwiwalenty łacińskie, greckie i koptyjskie wypisów) oraz Górskiego (w postaci edycji tekstu).

The son of the house, Calyste, is going to visit one of the main objects of this gossip and we learn of this persons past. While on this visit, Calyste hears of Beatrix de Rochefide who is coming to Guerande on a visit. Béatrix is an 1839 novel by French author Honoré de Balzac and included in the Scenes de la vie privée section of his novel sequence La Comédie humaine. Balzac based the characters in this novel on real figures: Félicité des Touches, a celebrated musician and writer, is based on George Sand. Béatrix de Rochefide is based on Marie dAgoult (who wrote under the pen name of Daniel Stern); Gennaro Conti is based on Franz Liszt; Claude Vignon is based on Gustave Planche.
