Niniejsze opracowanie stanowi uzupełnienie publikacji pt. „Dotykowe modele architektoniczne w przestrzeniach polskich miast. Część I. Standardy”, będącej rezultatem studiów autorskich nad problematyką dotykowych modeli i makiet architektonicznych, instalowanych w przestrzeniach publicznych polskich miast, udostępnionych do roku 2017. W przedkładanej części II niniejszej pracy efekty badań autorskich ujęte zostały w formie przeglądu, prezentującego wszystkie dotychczasowe realizacje objęte obszarem badań, a także kompletu zestawień zbiorczych (podanych w formie katalogu i indeksów), ułatwiających zainteresowanym czytelnikom pozyskiwanie pożądanych danych na temat modeli i makiet dotykowych oraz ich wzajemne porównywanie. Przegląd podzielony został na sześć części odzwierciedlających typologię wprowadzoną w badaniach opisanych w poprzedniej części pracy. Poszczególne obiekty przedstawiono w grupach odpowiadających wyróżnionym przez autorów typom przedstawień, począwszy od największego do najmniejszego ujęcia przestrzeni architektonicznej. Kolejno zaprezentowano zatem: założenia krajobrazowe (ZK), miasta (M), założenia urbanistyczne (ZU), zespoły budynków (ZB), budynki (B) i detale (D). W poszczególnych rozdziałach zaprezentowano łącznie 74 obiekty, w tym odpowiednio 3 założenia krajobrazowe, 20 miast, 11 założeń urbanistycznych, 12 zespołów budynków, 27 budynków oraz 1 detal. Katalog uzupełniono zestawem danych adresowych poszczególnych obiektów oraz szeregiem indeksów, w tym: indeksem rzeczowym, indeksem osób (autorów) oraz indeksem miast, w których poszczególne przedstawienia są zrealizowane.
