Intelligent technologies are transforming not only management tools but also how leadership, responsibility, and organizational values are understood. The responsible use of these technologies entails aligning their capabilities with ethical principles, concern for interpersonal relationships, and organizations' long-term goals.

The monograph Leadership and Organizational Values in the Age of Intelligent Technologies: Building Ethical Cultures and Sustainable Organizations offers a multidimensional perspective on leadership and organizational values in the context of technological transformation. The authors examine real and fake leadership, the algorithmic ethos of a leader, virtual expatriation, managing people in projects, the coaching-driven development of MBA/EMBA executives, staffing models in the Polish warehousing sector, employee satisfaction, employee anomie, and AI- and DT-based managerial staff development.

The publication combines conceptual discussion with empirical research findings. It demonstrates that building ethical organizational cultures and sustainable organizations requires not only advanced technologies but, above all, responsible leadership, coherent values, and deliberate efforts to shape the relationship between people and technology.
