Zbadane zostały kompetencje socjopragmatyczne, a także strategie pragmalingwistyczne najczęściej używane przez przedstawicieli pokolenia Z podczas wykonywania trzech aktów mowy: proszenia, reagowania na komplement i przepraszania. Wskazanie obszarów problematycznych i zaproponowanie pewnych implikacji natury pedagogicznej pozwala na wprowadzenie sugestii zmian i form pracy nad dalszym rozwijaniem języka angielskiego.
