Książka "Twe ustawy wieczne" zawiera w większości nigdy niepublikowane pisma Autorki z lat 1999-2001. Tytuł nawiązuje do psalmu 119, rozbudowanego, uroczystego kantyku wysławiającego Boże Prawo. W przekazie Autorki powinno ono być podstawą i wzorcem dla praw stanowionych przez ludzi. Jest to nie tylko osobiste przekonanie Autorki, lecz także zasadniczy element treści rozmów zawartych w książce. Chodzi o prawa różnej rangi, włącznie z konstytuującymi ustrój państw. W przypadku Polski chodzi o coś więcej niż o sam proces tworzenia prawa. Niektóre z tekstów wprost nawiązują do zadania utworzenia w Polsce ustroju opartego na prawach Bożych, na przykazaniu "abyście się społecznie miłowali". Chodzi przy tym nie tylko o samo zadanie, ale bardziej jeszcze o drogę do jego realizacji. Jest to zadanie dla całego narodu, w które każdy Polak może wnieść swój wkład. Teksty zapewniają o pomocy Bożej (bez której realizacja zadania byłaby niemożliwa) i dają rozmaite wskazówki. Czasy są szczególne, bo wydarzenia zewnętrzne zdają się potwierdzać bliskość zapowiadanych światowych wstrząsów, które stworzą warunki do wprowadzania przemian ustrojowych. Autorką książki jest Anna Dąmbska (1923-2007), mistyczka pozostająca pod opieką Kościoła, która przez ponad 40 lat spisywała wypowiedzi, wyjaśnienia i napomnienia Zbawiciela, Matki Bożej oraz dusz zbawionych podczas modlitw w jej mieszkaniu. Te rozmowy stanowią treść niniejszej książki. Unikająca rozgłosu Autorka znana była z publikacji religijnych wydawanych w większości pod pseudonimem "Anna", m.in. Świadkowie Bożego Miłosierdzia i Zaufajcie Maryi.
