Zeszyt jest poświęcony aktualnej problematyce związanej z gospodarką nieruchomościami. Publikacja składa się z dziewięciu artykułów, w których poruszono m.in. zagadnienia takie jak: badanie kosztów nieruchomości przez biegłego rewidenta, różnice w opodatkowaniu górnictwa, nieuczciwe praktyki na rynku nieruchomości, efektywność scalania gruntów, rodzaje nieruchomości, spółdzielcze prawo własnościowe oraz użytkowanie wieczyste.

Gospodarowanie potencjałem pracy zorientowane na interesy pracobiorców

W książce podjęto próbę poszerzenia, a zarazem zespolenia wiedzy o gospodarowaniu potencjałem pracy z perspektywy stosunków pracy w przedsiębiorstwie. Znalazło to wyraz m.in. w określeniu wytycznych dotyczących "budowania pomostów" pomiędzy pracobiorcami i pracodawcą. Ukazując skomplikowaną materię gospodarowania potencjałem pracy, uwypuklono przede wszystkim zasadność uwzględniania interesów pracobiorców.

Przedmiotem badań prowadzonych w pracy jest zakres finansowego potencjału nieruchomości oraz jego realizacja poprzez mechanizmy bankowego finansowania nieruchomości. W badaniach uwzględniona jest szczególna rola banków jako podmiotów o najbardziej rozwiniętej funkcji transformacyjnej kapitału finansowego w warunkach postępującej globalizacji i usieciowienia się systemu finansowego. Wnioskowanie prowadzone jest z wykorzystaniem dorobku bankowości i finansów, w tym finansów behawioralnych, w warunkach cyklicznego rozwoju ekonomicznego, z uwzględnieniem czynników kryzysu finansowego. Problematyka badawcza obejmuje wzajemne relacje podmiotów kredytowych z regulatorami rynków finansowych, kredytobiorcami i dostawcami kapitału (deponentami i inwestorami), ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem barier i możliwości funkcjonowania w specyfice rynku nieruchomości w warunkach postkryzysowych. Analiza prowadzona jest na podstawie badań własnych, porównujących zakres i charakter modeli uniwersalistycznych oraz specjalistycznych kredytowania hipotecznego

This monograph is the result of cooperation between twenty researchers from eleven Polish universities and is based on the assumption that both employees and HRM in organizations are increasingly subject to unprecedented contextualization.
