Enklawa

Marcin Wolski

PABLO (www.podsluch.wordpress.com): „Enklawa” to historia opowiadająca o bliżej niesprecyzowanej przyszłości. W pewnym momencie do zabawy dołącza jeszcze siedemnastoletnia Zuzia, szukająca silnego męskiego ramienia, tajemniczy Piętaszek i ninja Nakayama. „Enklawa” to kawał naprawdę solidnej literatury. Moja ocena: 8,5/10. Książka ta jest zapisem nadawanego w odcinkach, radiowego serialu „Enklawa” emitowanego w latach 70. XX stulecia, w Radiowej Trójce, w ramach kultowej audycji „60 minut na godzinę”. Mimo upływu wielu lat, tekst ten jest nadal żywy. Można go wręcz uznać za proroczy. Nota: przytoczone powyżej opinie są cytowane we fragmentach i zostały poddane redakcji. Enklawy wolności. Literatura rosyjska w Polsce w latach 1956-1989

Monika Wójciak

Książka podejmuje problem obecności i recepcji niezależnej literatury i  – szerzej – kultury rosyjskiej w Polsce w latach 1956-1989. Zaprezentowana w niej twórczość Anny Achmatowej, Osipa Mandelsztama, Michaiła Zoszczenki, Warłama Szałamowa, Aleksandra Sołżenicyna, Andrieja Płatonowa, Josifa Brodskiego ukazuje inną – wolną i suwerenną duchowo – Rosję. Utwory wymienionych autorów kształtowały świadomość Polaków, a ich walory artystyczne przybliżali tłumacze i propagatorzy literatury rosyjskiej, którzy wbrew obowiązującej ideologii, propagandzie oraz stylistyce pisania o Rosji potrafili odkryć czytelnikom jej nieznane dotąd oblicze.

Upward in long sinuous bends the road wound its way into the heart of the hills. The man, steadily climbing to the summit, changed hands upon the bicycle he was pushing, and wiped the sweat from his grimy forehead. It had been a gray morning when he had left, with no promise of this burst of streaming sunshine. Yet the steep hill troubled him but little--he stepped blithely forward with little sign of fatigue.

Enterprise Agility. Being Agile in a Changing World

Sunil Mundra

The biggest challenge enterprises face today is dealing with fast-paced change in all spheres of business. Enterprise Agility shows how an enterprise can address this challenge head on and thrive in the dynamic environment. Avoiding the mechanistic construction of existing enterprises that focus on predictability and certainty, Enterprise Agility delivers practical advice for responding and adapting to the scale and accelerating pace of disruptive change in the business environment.Agility is a fundamental shift in thinking about how enterprises work to effectively deal with disruptive changes in the business environment. The core belief underlying agility is that enterprises are open and living systems. These living systems, also known as complex adaptive systems (CAS), are ideally suited to deal with change very effectively.Agility is to enterprises what health is to humans. There are some foundational principles that can be broadly applied, but the definition of healthy is very specific to each individual. Enterprise Agility takes a similar approach with regard to agility: it suggests foundational practices to improve the overall health of the body—culture, mindset, and leadership—and the health of its various organs: people, process, governance, structure, technology, and customers. The book also suggests a practical framework to create a plan to enhance agility.
