Feliks Bernatowicz

Feliks Bernatowicz (17861836) był polskim powieściopisarzem romantycznym i komediopisarzem. Zaliczał się do współtwórców rozwijającego się w okresie Królestwa Kongresowego nurtu polskiej powieści historycznej. Do tego też gatunku należy Pojata, córka Lizdejki, opowiadająca o początkach Litwy i przyjęciu przez nią chrztu. W powieści spotykają się postaci historyczne lub półlegendarne, jak Pojata i jej ojciec kapłan Lizdejko, oraz fikcyjne.
