Teofil Lenartowicz

Teofil Lenartowicz (18221893) był polskim poetą romantycznym, etnografem, rzeźbiarzem i konspiratorem. Z uwagi na fascynację folklorem z rejonu Mazowsza sam siebie nazywał biednym Mazurzyną lub lirnikiem mazowieckim. To właśnie ludowość stała się głównym motywem jego twórczości poetyckiej. Tworzył także wiersze patriotyczne i religijne oraz poematy historyczne. Prosty styl, pełen czułości i czarowności, przysporzył mu wielkiej sympatii czytelników.

Old Philokleon was so addicted to attending court hearings that his son Bdelikleon locked him in the house and stretched a net around the house. He wants to ensure a quiet life for his father, but Philokleon does not at all want peace. Hes a cocky, like a choir made up of his old friends, judges, and he likes to convict. The choir appears on the stage in wasp costumes and tries to help Philokleon slip away, but Bdelikleon prevents this.

Frank Packards Gray Seal character first appeared in print in 1914. In some ways he was inspired by earlier Edwardian adventurers like A.J Raffles, the Scarlet Pimpernel, and Arsene Lupin, but Packard blended those borrowed elements into an entirely new concept. Dales adventures first appeared in Peoples Magazine and then were collected into several novels.
