Ze względu na potrzebę upowszechnienia rozwiązań partycypacji finansowej pracowników praca jest skierowana do szerokiego kręgu odbiorców, w tym praktyków życia gospodarczego, menedżerów obecnych i przyszłych, działaczy związkowych i przedstawicieli stowarzyszeń biznesowych, a także polityków, studentów, pracowników zainteresowanych partycypacją finansową oraz innych osób i organizacji mogących wywrzeć wpływ na przyszłe zastosowania partycypacji finansowej. Ze względu na niedostatek literatury polskiej w obszarze problematyki partycypacji finansowej starano się, aby praca w pewnym stopniu zapełniła tę lukę i przyczyniła się do wzrostu zainteresowania powyższymi rozwiązaniami.
